Adding News:

Add news to your website by using the News Module of the Content Management System. The CMS will automatically show each news title in the database for easy organization.

To add news, first go to the News option under the Module button in the top-tier navigation menu of the Content Management System. This will direct you to a page where you may view all of the news in your database, add news, edit news, and delete news.

To add news, click on the “Add News” button. This will direct you to a page where you may add the title, author, publishing date, and article. An editing menu is available with tools you may use to get the article to look exactly the way you like.

To send the article to subscribed users check the “Send a copy to subscribed users” button below the text box. When you have finished, click “Add News.”

Editing and Deleting News:

To edit or delete news, first go to the News option under the Module button in the top-tier navigation menu of the Content Management System. This will direct you to a page where you may view all of the news in your database, add news, edit news, and delete news.

To edit news, simply choose a news article from the database. This will direct you to a page where you may edit the title, author, publishing date, or content. When you have finished, click the “Modify” button.

To delete news, click on the “Delete News” button. This will direct you to a page that lists all of the news articles in your database. Click on the appropriate “Click here to delete” option that will appear next to each article in the database.
