 Page Administration:  

       Your website’s pages are where all of your important content is located. They are the pages of your top-tier navigation or sub-navigation. For example you could have pages like “Home, About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, etc.” in your top-tier navigation menu. Sub-pages for each of those categories are in your sub-navigation menu.

 

  1. Accessing the Pages:

To access your website pages log into the Administration Panel and click on the “Page Administration” option in the top-tier navigation   menu of the Admin Panel. This will direct you to a list of all of your website’s pages.

  
  1. Adding a New Page:
 

After clicking on the “Page Administration” option under the top-tier navigation menu, you will be directed to a new window that will list every page included on your website. To add a new page, click on the “Add New Page” button above your page list. To learn how to add the content (title, information, images, etc.) to your new page see the Page Content section of the CMS User Manual.

 
  1. Editing a Page:
 

After clicking on the “Page Administration” option under the top-tier navigation menu, you will be directed to a new window that will list every page included on your website. To edit an existing page, click on the “Edit” option located under the “Functions” header to the right of your desired page. To learn how to edit or add additional content (title, information, images, etc.) to your page see the Page Content section of the CMS User Manual.

 
  1. Deleting a Page:
 

After clicking on the “Page Administration” option under the top-tier navigation menu, you will be directed to a new window that will list every page included on your website. To delete an existing page, click on the “Delete” option located under the “Functions” header to the right of your desired page.

 
  1. Previewing a Page:
 

After clicking on the “Page Administration” option under the top-tier navigation menu, you will be directed to a new window that will list every page included on your website. To preview an existing page, click on the “Preview” option located under the “Functions” header to the right of your desired page. This will show you exactly how your page would look when viewed on your website.

 
  1. Changing the Menu Position of a Page:
 

The menu position number of a page will direct where the page will be located in the top-tier navigation menu or the sub-navigation menu. After clicking on the “Page Administration” option under the top-tier navigation menu, you will be directed to a new window that will list every page included on your website. To the right of your page list is a header that reads “Menu Position.” In order to change a page’s menu position, enter the number of where you would like that page to be located in the top-tier navigation menu. Number 1 would be located all the way to the far left of the menu bar, 2 would be to the right of 1, and etc. To preview how the new menu position looks, click on the “View Website” option in the top-tier navigation menu.
